The National Development Council's New Market Tax Credits (NMTC) Program is an intense, three-day course that takes participants from what NMTCs are and how they are allocated, to the legal and regulatory parameters, to the financing models that work best. Participants learn NMTC alphabet soup, how to tell a QEI from a QLICI, what a CED does and what kind of enterprise qualifies as a QALICB. There is no prerequisite for this course.
