Real Estate Finance was specifically developed for non-profit organizations, which have completed NDC's Housing Development Finance Professional Certification Program or the Economic Development Finance Professional Certification Program, through BB&T's Capacity Building Program, prior to December 31, 2004.
The Mixed-Use Real Estate Finance course is uniquely designed for non-profit development practitioners. Using lectures and actual case studies, the session provides important tools for neighborhood based organizations that are creating jobs and affordable housing for their communities.
